ACCOUNT AUDITS (UTILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES. The successful Respondent is expected to provide the following account audit functions and services: • Accounts retrieval from service providers as per the PRASA CRES account register. • Capturing of the verified and correct municipal accounts/invoices on the utilities management system acquired as part of the project. • Analyse and validate the accounts for correctness. The correctness of the following data must be verified: o Account Number. o Account name. o Account address. o Property description. o Property address. o Group Account Number. o Account/invoice financial calculations. o Tariff structures being applied. o Meter Numbers. o Consumption; o Utility supply and meter sizes; and o Pay only what was utilised. • In-office and on-site verification of accounts, meters and supplies. • End user verification of utilities supplies. It is of great importance that PRASA is the only user of all electricity and water supplies. • Monthly verification of invoices, assessment of huge variances. • Investigate optimisation opportunities as to reduce the utilities expenditure. For instance, the downgrade of the size of an electrical connection could result in reduced demand charges. The change in tariff structure could also reduce the cost relating to an account. • Monthly account optimisation reporting. • Address incorrect accounts (xxxxxxxx, consumption, tariff structures and meter numbers etc.) with the relevant municipality or service provider. All incorrect invoices/accounts must be corrected with the relevant service provider. • Monthly exception reporting. • Extensive monthly reporting on account audits (per account, Station, complex depot, business development, property units, region and service provider). Reporting should include progress on the correction of account data. • Ensure that the account register is kept up to date. • The account data (including financials and consumption) must be captured on the UMS on a monthly basis. • It is important to note that the respondent would be responsible to undertake physical site visits to investigate and analyse the electricity and water supplies and infrastructure to ensure the account information is indeed correct. Keeping in mind there should be an electricity and water account for each PRASA Station, complex, depot and commercial development.   • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Fire Department Service Charge We will pay up to $500 for your liability assumed by contract or agreement for fire department charges incurred when the fire department is called to save or protect covered property from a Peril Insured Against. We do not cover fire department service charges if the property is located within the limits of the city, municipality or protection district furnishing the fire department response. This coverage is additional insurance. No deductible applies to this coverage.

  • Restricted Use By Outsourcers / Facilities Management, Service Bureaus or Other Third Parties Outsourcers, facilities management or service bureaus retained by Licensee shall have the right to use the Product to maintain Licensee’s business operations, including data processing, for the time period that they are engaged in such activities, provided that: 1) Licensee gives notice to Contractor of such party, site of intended use of the Product, and means of access; and 2) such party has executed, or agrees to execute, the Product manufacturer’s standard nondisclosure or restricted use agreement which executed agreement shall be accepted by the Contractor (“Non-Disclosure Agreement”); and 3) if such party is engaged in the business of facility management, outsourcing, service bureau or other services, such third party will maintain a logical or physical partition within its computer system so as to restrict use and access to the program to that portion solely dedicated to beneficial use for Licensee. In no event shall Licensee assume any liability for third party’s compliance with the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, nor shall the Non-Disclosure Agreement create or impose any liabilities on the State or Licensee. Any third party with whom a Licensee has a relationship for a state function or business operation, shall have the temporary right to use Product (e.g., JAVA Applets), provided that such use shall be limited to the time period during which the third party is using the Product for the function or business activity.

  • Financial Management Services ‌ Definition: Financial Management Services includes the planning, directing, monitoring, organizing, and controlling of the monetary resources of an organization. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Financial Management Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal. See Appeals in Section 5 for information on how to file a medical appeal.

  • EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:

  • Payment Services 2.1 If the Payment Services is registered by the Application and the relevant Consents are submitted by the Customer, the Bank shall provide to the Customer the services (the “Payment Services”) of money transfer (“Money Transfer”) between the Accounts and other accounts as registered by the Customer.

  • Inpatient Services Hospital This plan covers services provided while inpatient in a general or specialty hospital including, but not limited to the following: • anesthesia; • diagnostic tests and lab services; • dialysis; • drugs; • intensive care/coronary care; • nursing care; • physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies; • physician’s services while hospitalized; • radiation therapy; • surgery related services; and • room and board. Notify us if you are admitted from the emergency room to a hospital that is not in our network. Our Customer Service Department can assist you with any questions you may have about your coverage. Rehabilitation Facility This plan covers rehabilitation services received in a general hospital or specialty hospital. Coverage is limited to the number of days shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
