Account Executives. All Disputes shall be referred to the Account Executives prior to escalation to the Services Oversight Committee. If the Account Executives are unable to resolve, or do not anticipate resolving, the Dispute within ten (10) days after referral of the Dispute to them, the parties shall submit the Dispute to the Services Oversight Committee.

Account Executives. Each Party shall designate an account executive (each an “Account Executive”) who shall serve as the primary representative to the other Party with respect to performance of such Party under this Agreement and who shall be considered Key Provider Personnel hereunder. The Account Executive for each Party shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of such Party’s obligations under this Agreement, and (ii) be authorized to act for and on behalf of such Party with respect to all matters relating to this Agreement in coordination with such Party’s other relevant Personnel. Before designating an employee as an Account Executive, Provider shall notify Company of the proposed assignment, shall introduce the individual to appropriate representatives of Company, and shall provide Company with a resume and such other information regarding the individual that may be reasonably requested by Company. Provider’s appointment or replacement of any Account Executive shall be subject to Company’s prior consent. The Account Executives of each Party and other Key Provider Personnel as of the Effective Date are as set forth in Schedule 7 (Key Provider Personnel) of Exhibit A (Description of Services) or in the applicable Order. Account Executives. All disputes, including but not limited to those related to payments required hereunder, shall be referred to the Primary Coordinators. If the Primary Coordinators are unable to resolve, or one or both Primary Coordinators do not anticipate resolving, the dispute within ten (10) days after referral of the dispute to them (as indicated in a notice from one or both Primary Coordinators), either party may submit the dispute to senior management as provided in Section 12(b) below.
Account Executives. Gold Silver Desk’s Account Executives are generally commissioned sales people. Their salary is based, at least in part, on the amount and profit margin of the products they sell, and they may receive higher compensation for recommending one product over another. Gold Silver Desk’s Account Executives are not licensed investment or financial advisors nor are they licensed in any way by any other California State of United States federal authority. Regardless of opinions expressed and recommendations made by Gold Silver Desk employees, it is your responsibility as an investor or collector to educate yourself and consider all risks, prices, and policies relating to your purchase. Gold Silver Desk and its Account Executives are not your agents and owe no fiduciary duty to you. Client must make the final decision as to whether Client wishes to enter into any particular transaction for the purchase or sale of Common Bullion Products or Premium Products and should keep the foregoing in mind when making that decision. Client is solely responsible for all decisions to purchase or sell Common Bullion Products or Premium Products.
Account Executives. The Account Executives at GSI are generally commissioned salespersons. Their work experience, knowledge, background and training vary widely. They and/ or GSI may receive, from time to time, undisclosed compensation for selling specific precious metals (including but not limited to contests, cooperative advertising and trading profits in coins that they may own and/or sell). GSI’s employees are not licensed as investment advisors and, accordingly, do not make any recommendations regarding customer investments. The only products which GSI employees are authorized to sell are the products specifically sold by GSI. Check with a licensed professional with expertise in a particular market before making a decision to buy or sell any security, bond, annuity or financial instrument. Further, Account Executives are not tax advisors and may not provide any advice regarding taxability, tax rates or related issues for any product GSI sells. You should consult with your tax advisor regarding any questions about the tax implications of buying or selling precious metals, bullion or numismatic coins. Finally, Account Executives are not attorneys, including without limitation, estate planning attorneys. You should consult with an attorney about your legal rights and with an estate planning lawyer to discuss transferring your assets to beneficiaries of your choice upon death and/or incapacity.

Account Executives. All disputes shall initially be referred to the Unisys Account Executive and the UHS Account Executive. If the Account Executives are unable to resolve the dispute within 10 business days after referral of the matter to them, the Parties shall submit the dispute to the Executive Committee.
Account Executives. Within five (5) business days after either Party furnishes to the other notice of a Dispute, the Customer Account Executive and Supplier Account Executive shall consider the Dispute in person or by telephone and shall attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute for a period of ten (10) business days after their first meeting.

The Supplier Account Executive may designate in writing additional Supplier Personnel to be a point of contact for Triple-S.
