Account History. DSI agrees to keep records of the activities undertaken, and materials prepared pursuant to the Agreement. DSI may issue an account history to FlexSAFE Licensee profiling the Deposit Account. Such account history will identify Depositor, FlexSAFE Licensee, current Designated Contact, selected special services , and Exhibit B history which includes Deposit Material acceptance and destruction or return dates. Depositor will notify DSI if the account history is not to be provided to FlexSAFE Licensee.
Account History. The Service permits you to view and print detailed account information with account balances updated daily. Accounts which may be accessed: Bank of Fincastle Checking, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, Individual Retirement Accounts and all Bank of Fincastle Loans with the exception of any Bank of Fincastle Credit Card. The "Account History" screen shows balance information, as well as transaction detail. The Bank of Fincastle maintains twelve months of history. Account Transfers The Service permits you to transfer funds between authorized deposit accounts and transfer funds from deposit accounts to make payments on authorized loan accounts (as described in your Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure, Products Services and Fees Disclosure and/or your Loan Agreement). Transfers conducted at the following times on a business day will be processed accordingly: Before 7:00

If you switch service options, in which case your account history for your new service option will be available online for a period of up to 60 days following the date of your switch. You may request a printed statement detailing 60 days of account history by sending a written request to American Assistance, XX Xxx 000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000 Attention: Account History and you will be assessed a $50.00 processing fee for this service. If you deactivate your services or change your mobile phone number, you may obtain your account history by contacting American Assistance at 0-000-000-0000. If you request an account history beyond the last 60 days, you may be assessed a processing fee. Messaging You can send and receive text messages of up to 160 characters, including the address and subject line, or picture messages with audio and up to 500 characters on your American Assistance phone. Certain types of messages are device dependent. Standard message rates apply when a message is sent or received, whether it is read or viewed. If you purchase a monthly allotment of messages, unused monthly allotment of messages from one monthly billing cycle do not carry over to the next monthly billing cycle.
