Account Statements and Notices. All transfers subject to this Agreement will be reflected on your periodic account statement(s). Notification of receipt of all such transfers will be provided by including such item in the periodic account statement(s) we provide to you. You may inquire whether a specific transfer has been received at any time during our normal business hours. You agree to review each statement or other notice for any discrepancies in connection with transfers. If you think a transfer is not authorized, wrong, or if you need more information about a transfer, you must contact us in writing upon discovery of the error or within 30 days after you receive the first notice or statement that reflects the discrepancy you allege, whichever is earlier. Failure to do so will relieve us of any obligation to pay interest or otherwise compensate you for the amount of any unauthorized or erroneous transfer.

Method Used to Make the Wire Transfer – We may select any means for the transmission of funds we consider suitable, including but not limited to the Credit Union's own internal systems or Fedwire. Any subsequent financial institution may also use Fedwire. Any use of Fedwire shall be governed by applicable Fedwire regulations. The Credit Union is not responsible for performance failure as a result of an interruption in transfer facilities, labor disputes, power failures, equipment malfunctions, suspension of payment by another party, refusal or delay by another financial institution to accept the transfer, war, emergency conditions, fire, earthquake or other circumstances not within our control.
Account Statements and Notices. When a business account has more than one authorized signer, we will send or otherwise make available account statements and notices to all authorized signers. Any information mailed will be sent to the primary or mailing address on record. The business receiving this information is responsible for sharing copies of the information with other owners who may not reside at the primary or mailing address. We may as a courtesy provide additional copies electronically. When the business requests that we send notices to an authorized signer, the authorized signer is responsible for providing copies to all account owners. RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE STATEMENTS AND NOTICES Your account statements or notices will be considered unclaimed or undeliverable if: • Two or more account statements or notices are returned to us through the mail because of an incorrect address; or • We notify you electronically that your account statement is available for viewing at Member One FCU Online Banking and we receive email notifications that our message is undeliverable. In either event, we may • Discontinue sending account statements and notices, and • Destroy account statements and notices returned to us as undeliverable. We will not attempt to deliver account statements and notices to you until you provide us with a valid postal or electronic address. ADDRESS CHANGES You can change your postal or email address online, by calling our Contact Center, or by visiting one of our Retail Centers. If you have a combined account statement, any owner of the account can change the address of all accounts included in the combined account statement. We will act on your request within a reasonable time after we receive it. You agree to keep Member One informed of your current mailing address and are to promptly notify us if your contact information changes. OBLIGATION TO REVIEW STATEMENTS AND NOTICES You must examine your statement of account with “reasonable promptness.” If you discover (or reasonably should have discovered) any unauthorized signatures or alterations, you must promptly notify us of the relevant facts. Between you and us, if you fail to do either of these duties, you will have to either share the loss with us or bear the loss entirely yourself (depending on whether we used ordinary care and, if not, whether we substantially contributed to the loss). Each month, SoFi Bank will electronically post to your Account an Account Statement, which will reflect all activity in your SoFi Bank Account for the related statement period. You may view your Account Statement by logging into your Account online or on the SoFi Mobile App. You agree to accept electronic, rather than paper Account Statements. This means (i) you must keep us supplied with your valid email address and (ii) you must agree to accept electronic delivery of all account communications (like end-of-year tax forms and monthly statements). You agree that sending the Account Statement to one owner of an Account qualifies as sending it to all owners. Please review your Account Statement carefully for any suspected errors or inaccuracies and report them promptly to SoFi. For purposes of this Agreement, we are deemed to have made the Account Statement available to you on the day we notify you that it is available, even if your current email address is invalid.

The Bank shall periodically provide an account Statements and notices showing the account/accounts activities and details to the Account Holder on his/her address provided to the bank and the account holder will be responsible for reviewing these statements and notices when received, and notifying the Bank in writing for any differences reflected in these statements and / or notices within fifteen days from the date of sending the statements and notices. In case the address is incorrect, the Bank shall stop all correspondences that are sent to the customer and the customer will bear full responsibility to review his account activities through alternative channels such as the ATM, Online services or through one of the Bank’s branches.
