Accrual on Layoff. An employee laid-off and placed on the recall list under Article 14.05, will be credited with unbroken seniority upon recall within the recall period.

Accrual of Leave (a) An employee’s entitlement to paid recreation leave accrues progressively during a year of service according to the employee’s ordinary hours of work.

Accrual of Annual Leave (1).
