SENIORITY UPON RECALL. An Employee's seniority status will terminate if the Employee fails to notify the College of the Employee's intent to return from layoff within seven (7) calendar days after the Employee is notified personally or by certified mail of recall from layoff, unless this time period is extended by agreement of the College and the Employee.
SENIORITY UPON RECALL. Upon recall, an employee shall be credited with the service and unit seniority held prior to layoff.
SENIORITY UPON RECALL. Seniority which employees had at the time of lay-off will be regained and adjusted on the date of re-employment, providing the employee is re-employed within twelve (12) consecutive months.
