E.I. Premium Rebate. The Employer agrees that five-twelfths (5/12ths) of the E.I. Premium Reduction will be paid back to the employee annually, where applicable.
E.I. Premium Rebate. In consideration of the provision of the Employee benefits package, the Union, on behalf of the employees, releases the Employer from any obligation it might have hereafter to pay to employees an employment insurance commission rebate available because of the existence of a wage loss plan (sick leave plan). Such rebate shall be used by the Employer to defray part of the costs of this section.
E.I. Premium Rebate. The Union agrees to utilize the employee’s share of the employment insurance premium reduction for which the employer qualifies under the Employment Insurance Act in order to offset costs associated with the issuance of the pay- direct drug card and psychological coverage of $1,500 per insured family annually. These conditions may be changed in future negotiations based on mutual agreement between the parties.
E.I. Premium Rebate. 5/12 of the reduction in the Corporation's Employment Insurance premium, arising from the Corporation's income protection plan for employees covered by this Agreement, shall be shared with permanent and probationary employees in December of each year.
E.I. Premium Rebate. The Employer will be entitled to retain the entire UI premium rebate.
