ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE INCENTIVE. A. In recognition of sick leave accumulated under Section 4.4 (Personal Illness and Disability Pay) of this contract, each teacher shall receive an additional percentage of yearly salary based upon the number of sick leave days accumulated as of the beginning of each school year prior to that year's allowance being added.
