ACCUMULATION OF SENIORITY OR SERVICE CREDIT. (a) Probationary service credit or seniority will not be granted for any period of time spent on child rearing leave. (b) When employees return from child rearing leave, they shall be recredited with all unused time accumulated benefits which they had accumulated as of the day prior to the first day of their leave.
