Common use of Accumulation of Sick Leave Credits Clause in Contracts

Accumulation of Sick Leave Credits. Full-time Employees shall accumulate sick leave credits at the rate of ten (10) hours per month worked up to a maximum one thousand and eighty hours (1080 hours). Part-time and casual Employees shall earn sick leave credits on a pro-rata basis.
