Accumulation of Sick Leave Credits. Unused sick leave up to a maximum of twenty (20) days will be automatically accumulated by an employee unless he/she files a written request between December 1st and December 10th of any calendar year asking to have sick leave credits paid off in which case sick leave will be paid off during the month of January following.
