Act of God Days. Act of God days are defined as scheduled days of student instruction which are not held because of conditions not within the control of school authorities such as inclement weather, fires, epidemics, mechanical breakdowns, or health conditions as defined by the county or state health authorities. Nothing in this Agreement shall require the Employer to keep offices--school and administrative--open in the event of inclement weather or when otherwise prevented by an Act of God, which is defined for the purposes of this Article, as school closing caused by those conditions mentioned above other than inclement weather.
