Act of God Days. 16.1 When school is closed or delayed because of an “Act of God”, Transportation Employees are excused from reporting on such days but shall suffer no loss of pay for the Act of God days. Drivers will be informed of school cancellations and/or delays as soon as reasonably possible after the decision has been made to delay or cancel. If the driver is in route when contacted, he/she may be paid for that scheduled run. Employees shall be paid for up to five (5) days of Act of God time.
