Common use of Additional Holidays Clause in Contracts

Additional Holidays. Every day declared by the President or by the Governor of this State as a public fast, Thanksgiving, or holiday (except a special or limited holiday) under Education Code sections 37220 or 37221 or any day declared a holiday by the Board of Trustees under Education Code section 37222 shall be a paid holiday for unit members.
