55.1 This Agreement is intended to deal comprehensively with all the matters which pertain to the employment relationship between the Employer and its Employees. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is in full and final settlement of all matters, claims and demands however described whether or not any matter, claim or demand is specifically addressed within this Agreement.
55.2 The Parties must not, during the term of this Agreement, pursue any further claims about any matter which pertains to the employment relationship. The Parties further undertake to not, during the life of this Agreement, initiate any campaigns of industrial action intended to secure new and improved rates and conditions during the term of this Agreement.
