Use of Own Vehicle. (i) In accordance with the Employer’s Reimbursement of Expenses policy, as varied from time to time, where an Employee is required to work at a location that involves travel using their own motor vehicle, and such travel is in excess of their nominated daily threshold, they will be entitled to claim travel expenses for the distance travelled in excess of the threshold.
(ii) The daily threshold for all Employees is 40 kilometres, with the exception of those Employees who reside more than 20 kilometres from their designated base work location. In these circumstances, the threshold is the distance from home to that base work location and return.
(iii) In addition to subclauses 47.2(a)(i) and 47.2(a)(ii) above, where an Employee is required to travel from one work location to another throughout the day, using their own motor vehicle, the distance is fully claimable.
(iv) The vehicle allowances payable per kilometre for work-related travel over the life of the agreement are set out in Part 2 of Schedule 2C.
Use of Own Vehicle. The use of an employee’s vehicle will only occur by mutual agreement, under normal circumstances, and wherever possible, a Company provided vehicle is the preferred option. If an employee is required to use their own vehicle to work at a location other than the normal place of work, DHL Exel Supply Chain will pay a mileage allowance of as follows. 2/04/2007 - $0.64 2/04/2008 3% $0.66 2/04/2009 3% $0.68 All insurances and the roadworthiness of an employee’s vehicle remains the responsibility of the employee at all times.
Use of Own Vehicle. An employee, required to use his own vehicle to go to and from the job, will be paid forty-one cents ($.41) per km. vehicle allowance or six dollars ($6.00) per day for each day a vehicle is required, whichever is greater. Mileage is to be measured from the place of employment in the respective department.
Use of Own Vehicle. An employee who is required by the Employer to use their own motor vehicle for travelling on the Employer's business shall be paid 59 cents per kilometre.
Use of Own Vehicle. Should the Artist be required to use their own private vehicle for company business, the Stage Manager shall receive compensation as specified below. Per kilometre $0.59
Use of Own Vehicle. The use of an employee’s vehicle will only occur by mutual agreement, a Company provided vehicle is the preferred option for work related travel. All insurances and the roadworthiness of an employee’s vehicle remains the responsibility of the employee at all times.
Use of Own Vehicle. When an employee is required by the company to use his own vehicle a Payment of $0.64 per K/m, calculated from the Xxxxxxxxx Wormald Office to the site and return shall be paid. Rate of payment per K/m may vary in alignment with the Federal Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award.
Use of Own Vehicle. 20.1 The employee will not use their own vehicle for any business purposes of the Client without prior authority from the Company.
20.2 Where the employee does use their own vehicle, whether with prior authority from the Company or not, the employee will be entirely liable for any damage or loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the vehicle.
20.3 Where the employee has prior authority from the Company to use their vehicle for business travel whilst on Assignment, they will be reimbursed at rates set by the Company and advised by the Company and the employee will accept responsibility for arranging business insurance cover on my vehicle.
20.4 The employee agrees that they will not drive any Client or Company vehicle unless they hold the appropriate class of licence for that vehicle.
Use of Own Vehicle. The Manager shall not assume or insist that the Director is able or willing to travel in his/her own vehicle. Should the Director wish to do so, the Manager shall not refuse unreasonably to agree and shall reimburse the Director at a rate per mile no less favourable than the applicable rate published by the A.A. Should the Manager request the Director (and the Director agree) to use his/her own vehicle for Company business (including the transport of goods or people) the Manager shall, in addition, reimburse the Director for any extra costs incurred in effecting suitable insurance cover.
Use of Own Vehicle. Where an employee is required to use their own vehicle for work-related purposes and the vehicle has been approved by management for use within cemetery grounds the following provisions shall apply:
49.2.1. The employer agrees to pay the employee $10.00 per week for the use of this vehicle.
49.2.2. The employee shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their vehicle, including but not limited to comprehensive insurance, third-party liability, and any other insurance coverage required by law. The employer shall not be held liable for any damages or losses associated with the use of the employee's vehicle for work-related purposes.
49.2.3. In the event an accident occurs whilst an employee is using their personal vehicle then management agrees to pay the excess fee up to $500 on the employees’ insurance policy. This provision only applies if the accident was not the fault of the employee operating the vehicle.
49.2.4. The employee shall be responsible for the regular maintenance, servicing, and roadworthiness of their vehicle. The employer shall not be responsible for any costs arising for the maintenance of the employee's vehicle.
