Additional Sick Leave With Pay. Additional sick leave with pay, in excess of that which the Employee is entitled to, may be granted with the written approval of the Employer provided, that due consideration shall be given to the length of service of the particular Employee requesting the leave.

  • SICK LEAVE WITH PAY Sick leave with pay for employees shall be determined in the following manner:

  • Leave With Pay Compassionate leave of absence with pay shall be granted for three (3) work days. Up to two (2) additional days with pay shall be granted for travelling time when this is warranted in the judgement of the Employer.

  • VACATION LEAVE WITH PAY 26.01 The vacation year shall be from April 1st to March 31st of the following calendar year, inclusive.

  • Sick Leave Benefits Sick leave is an indemnity benefit and not an acquired right. A Nurse who is absent from a scheduled shift on approved sick leave shall only be entitled to sick leave pay if the Nurse is not otherwise receiving pay for that day, and providing the Nurse has sufficient sick leave credits.
