Common use of Additional Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Additional Sick Leave. 1. After the accumulated sick leave has been used the employee will receive no pay for additional working days if absent because of illness, quarantine, or disability. Deduction shall be made from his/her salary in an amount equal to his/her annual salary divided by the number of actual working days in the employee’s year.
