Administration Allowances In addition to the foregoing salary, there shall be paid additional allowances in accordance with the following schedule:
Salary Administration Section 1. Salary eligibility date is defined as the date an employee is eligible for an annual performance pay increase. The salary eligibility date is computed from the date of hire. Employees shall be eligible for annual performance pay increases on the employees' salary eligibility date provided the employee is not at the top step of the salary range of the employees' classification. The employee may be denied the annual performance pay increase if there has been a serious performance or attendance problem. Denials are subject to review within six (6) months. Denials may be grieved under the provisions of Article 51.
Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.
Administration of Discipline At the time formal discipline is imposed or at any stage of the grievance procedure, an employee shall have the right to the presence of her committee member. In the case of suspension or discharge, the committee member will be present unless the employee waives this right in the presence of the committee member. Wherever the Hospital deems it necessary to suspend or discharge an employee, the Hospital shall forward to the Union notice of such suspension or discharge in writing, at the same time it is given to the employee.
Administration of Agreement All approvals referenced in this Agreement must be obtained from the parties' contract administrators or their designees. All notices must be given to the parties' contract administrators respectively. The OAG's contract administrator is Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Chief, Bureau of Advocacy and Grants Management. The Provider’s contract administrator will be provided at the time of execution. The parties will provide each other with written notification of any change in its designated representative for this Agreement. Such changes do not require a formal written amendment to this Agreement.
Compensation of Trustee Any individual Trustee serving hereunder shall be entitled to: (Choose One) ☐ - No compensation whatsoever. ☐ - Be paid a reasonable fee from the Trust Estate based on the amount of time expended by such Trustee in carrying out his or her duties hereunder. Any corporate Trustee shall be entitled to be paid a fee based upon its fee schedule from time to time that is required to be published.
Compensation of SAP 6.1 SAP will provide an invoice specifying the fees for each of the Services in accordance with the terms of the Order Form. Payment is due thirty (30) days after the invoice is issued. SAP reserves the right to apply late payment interest in accordance with applicable law.
Administration of Sick Leave The proper administration of sick leave is a responsibility of the employee and the department head. Unless otherwise provided in the supplemental sections of this MOU, the following procedures apply:

Trustee Compensation The Trustees as such shall be entitled to reasonable compensation from the Trust. They may fix the amount of their compensation. Nothing herein shall in any way prevent the employment of any Trustee for advisory, management, administrative, legal, accounting, investment banking, underwriting, brokerage, or investment dealer or other services and the payment for the same by the Trust.
