Common use of Administrative Appointments Clause in Contracts

Administrative Appointments. a) The Xxxx may appoint a Teaching Faculty Member to an administrative position in a Faculty. The Xxxx of the Faculty will set out the duties of the position with the Teaching Faculty Member. b) Normally, an academic administrative appointment shall not exceed two (2) years in duration. c) A Teaching Faculty Member’s academic administrative appointment may be renewed by the Xxxx.
