Common use of Administrative Appointments Clause in Contracts

Administrative Appointments. a) When the Xxxx determines there is/are (a) need(s) for an administrative appointment(s) the Xxxx shall put out a call for faculty members to submit a notice of interest for the Xxxx’x consideration. When there are multiple expressions of interest for an administrative appointment the Xxxx shall strike a committee to review and recommend candidates for the position. The committee shall undergo training workshops which cover employment equity. The program of such workshops shall be established by the Committee on Employment Equity.

Each Faculty Member will normally only hold one (1) administrative appointment at a time. The committee shall undergo training workshops which cover employment equity. The program of such workshops shall be established by the Committee on Employment Equity.
