ADMISSION TO SCHOOL ACTIVITIES. A. Each bargaining unit member shall present his or her school ID badge in order to be admitted, along with one other person, to all Zanesville City School sponsored activities. B. An employee ID badge will enable a bargaining unit member to purchase season football and basketball tickets for the difference in price between general admission and reserved. C. Persons charged with the responsibility for the administration of school-sponsored activities may require bargaining unit members to secure such tickets at a pre- designated time and place and with the cooperation of the Association building representatives. D. Upon retirement, all employees will be eligible to receive one general admission pass to all Zanesville City Schools sponsored activities.
ADMISSION TO SCHOOL ACTIVITIES. ‌ With his/her District ID, a bargaining unit member and guest may be admitted to school activities (e.g., school functions held in the District, excluding OHSAA tournament events). A District ID, however, shall not grant a bargaining unit member admission to a benefit-type function designed to raise funds for school-related and charitable activities. Bargaining unit members are expected to assist with crowd control when needed at school activities, which they attend.
ADMISSION TO SCHOOL ACTIVITIES. The Board agrees to admit members of the bargaining unit to all school activities (e.g., athletic events, concerts, plays) at no charge.
ADMISSION TO SCHOOL ACTIVITIES. A. Two (2) complimentary nontransferable admissions for dramas, musicals, and sporting events may be obtained from the appropriate director. MBUs who accept such passes may be called upon to help maintain student discipline at the event.
ADMISSION TO SCHOOL ACTIVITIES. By showing his or her Avon employee identification badge, each Avon bargaining unit member shall have free admission to an event of the District that is on school property. In addition, a guest of the bargaining unit member or the immediate family of the bargaining unit member who shall be defined as spouse and children, shall be admitted free of charge. The bargaining unit member shall provide the normal teacher/chaperon responsibilities while in attendance. Where seating is limited, free admission may not be honored, (i.e. State Playoff/Championship athletic events).

  • Governing Law; Submission to Process EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT THE LAW OF ANOTHER JURISDICTION IS EXPRESSLY ELECTED IN A TRANSACTION DOCUMENT, THIS AGREEMENT AND THE OTHER TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, WITHOUT REGARD TO PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAW. EACH OF BIONOVA AND SAVIA HEREBY IRREVOCABLY SUBMITS ITSELF AND EACH OTHER RELATED PERSON TO THE NON-EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS SITTING IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK AND THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK AND AGREES AND CONSENTS THAT SERVICE OF PROCESS MAY BE MADE UPON IT OR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING RELATING TO THE TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS BY ANY MEANS ALLOWED UNDER NEW YORK OR FEDERAL LAW. EACH OF BIONOVA AND SAVIA IRREVOCABLY WAIVES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY OBJECTION THAT IT MAY NOW OR HEREAFTER HAVE TO THE LAYING OF THE VENUE OF ANY SUCH PROCEEDING BROUGHT IN SUCH A COURT AND ANY CLAIM THAT ANY SUCH PROCEEDING BROUGHT IN SUCH A COURT HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN AN INCONVENIENT FORUM.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Outside Activities of Limited Partners Subject to any agreements entered into by a Limited Partner or its Affiliates with the General Partner, Partnership or a Subsidiary, any Limited Partner and any officer, director, employee, agent, trustee, Affiliate or stockholder of any Limited Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities in direct competition with the Partnership or that are enhanced by the activities of the Partnership. Neither the Partnership nor any Partners shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in any business ventures of any Limited Partner or Assignee. Subject to such agreements, none of the Limited Partners nor any other Person shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement or the partnership relationship established hereby in any business ventures of any other Person, other than the Limited Partners benefiting from the business conducted by the General Partner, and such Person shall have no obligation pursuant to this Agreement to offer any interest in any such business ventures to the Partnership, any Limited Partner or any such other Person, even if such opportunity is of a character which, if presented to the Partnership, any Limited Partner or such other Person, could be taken by such Person.

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.

  • No Right to Subcontracting Subcontractor may not subcontract, either part or in whole, the Services authorized under this Agreement.

  • Release Time for Negotiations CSEA shall have the right to designate a maximum of six (6) employees, who shall be given reasonable release time to participate in negotiations.
