Adoptive Mothers. Per Neb. Rev. Stat. § 48-234 adoptive mothers may be entitled to use the MLD program in certain situations. Adoptive mothers must meet the eligibility requirements as outlined above.
Adoptive Mothers. F8.11 Adoptive mothers who qualify for adoptive leave may apply for such leave in accordance with the Maternity Leave - Plan B, as outlined in Appendix D. F8.12 Eligibility and duration of adoptive leave for adoptive mothers will be administered in accordance with Articles F8.7 and F8.8.
