Common use of Adult Apprentice Clause in Contracts

Adult Apprentice. 3.6.15(a) For the purpose of the Agreement Adult Apprentice means a person of 21 years of age or over at the time of first entering into a Training Contract or apprenticeship contract to a trade within the scope of this Agreement.

Adult Apprentice. 3.6.15(a(a) For the purpose of the Agreement Adult Apprentice An adult apprentice means a person of 21 years of age or over at the time of first entering into a Training Contract or apprenticeship contract to a trade within the scope an indenture of this Agreementapprenticeship.

Adult Apprentice. 3.6.15(a) For the purpose of the Agreement Adult Apprentice Agreement, adult apprentice means a person of 21 years of age or over at the time of first entering into a Training Contract training agreement or apprenticeship contract to a trade within the scope of this Agreement.

Adult Apprentice. 3.6.15(a) For the purpose of the Agreement 30.1. An Adult Apprentice means a person is an Employee of 21 years of age or over at the time of first entering into a Training Contract or training contract for an apprenticeship contract to a trade within the scope in accordance with clause 16 of this Agreement.
