Common use of Advanced Education Pay Clause in Contracts

Advanced Education Pay. Nurses holding a baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) will be compensated three four percent (43%) above the applicable Appendix A rate. Nurses with a master’s degree in nursing (MSN) will be compensated four five percent (54%) above the applicable Appendix A rate.

Advanced Education Pay. Nurses holding a 9 baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSNBSN or BAN) will be compensated 10 three four five percent (435 3%) above the applicable their Appendix A rate. Nurses with rate and nurses 11 holding a master’s degree in nursing (MSNMSN or MAN) will be 12 compensated four five six percent (544 6%) above the applicable their Appendix A rate. To 13 be eligible for the commencement of Advanced Education pay, 14 the nurse must submit documentation from the accrediting 15 program to Human Resources. All new hires shall be informed of 16 this requirement in writing including the specific documentation 17 required and where to submit the documentation.
