Common use of Advanced Education Pay Clause in Contracts

Advanced Education Pay. Nurses holding a baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) will be compensated three four percent (43%) above the applicable Appendix A rate. Nurses with a master’s degree in nursing (MSN) will be compensated four five percent (54%) above the applicable Appendix A rate.
