After-Hours Services to the Premises. If Tenant requests that the services to be furnished by Landlord (except Building standard electricity and elevator service) be provided during periods in addition to the periods set forth in Section 18.1, then Tenant shall obtain Landlord's consent thereto and, if such consent is granted, shall pay upon demand Landlord's additional expenses resulting therefrom. Landlord may, from time to time during the Term, set a per hour charge for after-hours service which shall include the cost of utility, service, labor costs, administrative costs and a cost for depreciation of the equipment used to provide such after-hours service. The cost for after hours service is currently $50.00 per hour.
After-Hours Services to the Premises. After-hours HVAC charges shall be the actual costs incurred which shall be documented by reasonable request of Tenant, but shall not exceed Twenty-Five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) per hour, per floor.
After-Hours Services to the Premises. Subject only to the need for repair and maintenance as determined in the Landlord's sole discretion, Landlord shall attempt in good faith to make heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services available to Tenant twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, if and as requested by Tenant with advance notice that Landlord deems to be reasonable, and, if outside the operating periods set forth in Section 18.1, at Tenant's sole cost and expense. If Tenant requires or requests that the services to be furnished by Landlord (except Building Standard electricity and elevator service) be provided during periods in addition to the periods set forth in Section 18.1, then Tenant shall obtain Landlord's consent thereto and, if such consent is granted, shall pay upon demand Landlord's additional charge for after-hours service which shall include the cost of utility, service, labor costs, administrative costs and a cost for depreciation of the equipment used to provide such after-hours service. The cost for after-hours services is subject to change from time to time based upon Landlord's fluctuating costs, but shall be set by Landlord in its sole discretion and currently is $45 per hour.
After-Hours Services to the Premises. If Tenant requires or requests that the services to be furnished by Landlord (except Building standard electricity and elevator service for at least one (1) elevator) be provided during periods in addition to the period is set forth in Section 18.1, then Tenant shall obtain Landlord's consent thereto and, if such consent is granted, shall pay upon demand Landlord's additional expenses resulting therefrom. Landlord may, from time to time during the Term, set a per hour charge for after-hours service which shall include the cost of utility, service, labor costs, administrative costs and a cost for depreciation of the equipment used to provide such after-hours service. The current rate for after hours HVAC service is $35.00 per hour per zone.
After-Hours Services to the Premises. If Tenant requires or requests that the services to be furnished by Landlord (except Building standard electricity and elevator service) be provided during periods in addition to the periods set forth in Section 2.18, then Tenant shall notify Landlord in advance, prior to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday (such notice to be tendered on days exclusive of the legal holidays specified in Section 2.18 hereof) and Tenant shall pay upon demand Landlord's actual additional expenses resulting therefrom. Landlord may from time to time during the Term, set a reasonable per hour charge for after-hours service which shall reflect Landlord's actual cost of providing such after-hours service.
After-Hours Services to the Premises. If Tenant requires or requests that the services to be furnished by Landlord (except building standard electricity and elevator service) be provided during periods in addition to the Building Hours, then Tenant shall obtain Landlord's consent thereto and, if such consent is granted, shall pay as Additional Rent Landlord's additional expenses resulting therefrom. Landlord may, from time to time during the Term, set a per hour charge for after-hours service (which hourly charge on the date of this Lease is $35 per hour) which shall include the cost of utility, service, labor costs, administrative costs and a cost for depreciation of the equipment used to provide such after-hours service.
After-Hours Services to the Premises. If Tenant requires or requests that the services to be furnished by Landlord (except Building standard electricity and elevator service) be provided during periods in addition to the periods set forth in Section 12.1 then Landlord agrees to so extend the hours of services subject to Landlord's reasonable notice requirements, and Tenant shall pay upon demand Landlord's additional expenses resulting therefrom such expenses not to exceed Landlord's actual, reasonable, out-of-pocket costs including labor and management time for providing such services Landlord may, from time to time during the Term, set a per hour charge for after-hours service which shall include the cost of the utility, service, labor costs, administrative costs and a cost for depreciation of the equipment used to provide such after-hours service.

The current cost is $45.00 per hour per unit.
