Agendas for meetings. 1. The Chair of the Partnership Council shall draw up a provisional agenda for each meeting of the Partnership Council. It shall be sent by the secretaries of the Partnership Council to the addressees referred to in Article 7 no later than 20 calendar days before the meeting.

Agendas for meetings. 1. A draft agenda for each meeting of the Partnership Committee as well as draft operational conclusions as provided for in Article 11 shall be drawn up by the secretariat of the Partnership Committee on the basis of proposals made by the Parties. The draft agenda shall include items which the secretariat of the Partnership Committee has received for inclusion in the agenda by a Party.

Agendas for meetings. The Board Chair shall set the agendas for meetings of the Board of Directors. Any Director, parent/legal guardian of a student enrolled in the Corporation, employee of the Corporation, or student enrolled in the Corporation may request that an item be placed on the agenda of the next regular Board of Directors meeting by contacting the Board Chair or Chair-elect in writing, by phone, or via email with such request not less than five (5) days prior to the scheduled meeting.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference.   • Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.

  • Time Off for Meetings Any representative of the Union on this Committee, or their alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending meetings of the Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that the Senior Administrator has prior notice.

  • Job Meetings Upon award of the Mini-Bid Contract and prior to the start of any work, the Contractor shall be available for an initial job meeting with the Authorized User’s representative to discuss the following items:

  • Periodic Meetings As reasonably required by Owner, Manager and other personnel engaged or involved in the management and operation of the Properties shall meet to discuss the historical results of operations and to consider deviations from budget.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.

  • Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues. The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree on the participation of other Union and Employer representatives at these meetings on a case-by-case basis. Such meetings shall take place during regular working hours. Bargaining unit employees authorized to attend these meetings shall be considered to be on work time.

  • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.

  • Informal Meetings The Engineer shall provide technical assistance, preparation of exhibits for, and minutes of informal meetings requested by the public to discuss the pending impacts to neighborhoods and businesses due to roadway shutdowns, detours and access restrictions or as deemed necessary. This is not to be confused with the formal public meetings held during the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process during schematic approval for Public Involvement. It is not anticipated that the Engineer’s participation will be needed for the NEPA process. Assistance (exhibits, attendance, etc.) may be required for a formal public meeting/hearing associated with schematic approval work.
