Agendas for meetings. 1. The Chair of the Partnership Council shall draw up a provisional agenda for each meeting of the Partnership Council. It shall be sent by the secretaries of the Partnership Council to the addressees referred to in Article 7 no later than 20 calendar days before the meeting. 2. The provisional agenda shall include the items proposed to the Chair for inclusion in the agenda no later than 21 calendar days before the meeting. Such items shall not be included in the provisional agenda unless the relevant supporting documents have been sent to the secretaries before the date of dispatch of the agenda. 3. The agenda shall be adopted by the Partnership Council at the start of each meeting. Any item other than those featuring on the provisional agenda may be added on the agenda, if the representatives of the Parties so agree. 4. The Chair may reduce, in consultation with the representatives of the Parties, the time limits specified in paragraph 1 in order to take account of the requirements of a particular circumstance.

Agendas for meetings. 1. A draft agenda for each meeting of the Partnership Committee as well as draft operational conclusions as provided for in Article 11 shall be drawn up by the secretariat of the Partnership Committee on the basis of proposals made by the Parties. The draft agenda shall include items which the secretariat of the Partnership Committee has received for inclusion in the agenda by a Party. 2. The draft agenda, together with the relevant supporting documents, shall be circulated in accordance with Article 7 and no later than one month before the start of the meeting. 3. The agenda shall be adopted by the Partnership Committee at the start of each meeting. Items other than those featuring on the provisional agenda may be added on the agenda, if the Parties so agree. 4. The Chair of the Partnership Committee meeting may, upon agreement of the other Party, invite representatives of other bodies of the Parties or independent experts in a subject area on an ad hoc basis, to attend its meetings in order to provide information on specific subjects. The Parties shall ensure that those observers or experts respect any confidentiality requirements. 5. The Chair of the Partnership Committee meeting may reduce, in consultation with the Parties, the time limits provided for in paragraph 2 in order to take account of special circumstances.

Any Director, parent/legal guardian of a student enrolled in the Corporation, employee of the Corporation, or student enrolled in the Corporation may request that an item be placed on the agenda of the next regular Board of Directors meeting by contacting the Board Chair or Chair-elect in writing, by phone, or via email with such request not less than five (5) days prior to the scheduled meeting.

  • Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.

  • Time Off for Meetings Any representative of the Union on this Committee, or their alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending meetings of the Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that the Senior Administrator has prior notice.

  • Member Meetings (a) There shall be no meetings of the Members unless called by the Board or as otherwise specifically required by the Delaware Act. (d) No Members or group of Members, acting in its or their capacity as Members, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members.

  • Periodic Meetings As reasonably required by Owner, Manager and other personnel engaged or involved in the management and operation of the Properties shall meet to discuss the historical results of operations and to consider deviations from budget.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential. (b) In those cases where a meeting is designated confidential, the Union shall be provided with a reason for such designation. (c) A designated member of the Union shall be provided a copy of the agenda and minutes of all open meetings. (d) Notwithstanding 18.04(b), any faculty member may request that an Union representative attend as an observer at meetings where the faculty member reasonably believes their working conditions under Article 12 will be affected.   • Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues. The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree on the participation of other Union and Employer representatives at these meetings on a case-by-case basis. Such meetings shall take place during regular working hours. Bargaining unit employees authorized to attend these meetings shall be considered to be on work time.

  • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.

  • Quarterly Meetings At Landlord's request, Tenant shall make the Tenant's property management team and the executive officers of Tenant's general partner available to meet with Landlord on a quarterly basis to discuss the Reserve Estimate, the annual budgets and any other items related to the operation of the Facility, which Landlord wishes to discuss. Tenant agrees to give good faith consideration to any suggestions or requests that Landlord may have.
