COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS. As an employee of the Company, you agree to abide by Company rules and regulations as set forth in the Company’s Employee Handbook or as otherwise promulgated.

School will use all reasonable efforts to cause Students to comply with Company’s policies, procedures, work rules and regulations, including preservation of the confidentiality of patient care and patient care records. 6.2.2 In the interests of safety, continuity of service, and efficient and orderly operation, it is expected that the employees will abide by the Company's rules and regulations as currently in effect or as may be modified or adopted hereafter. However, there shall be no enforcement of any rule or regulation which is not made known to employees, which is contrary to any provisions of this Agreement, or which is contrary to law or to a legally enforceable order of an agency of the government.
6.2.3 The Company shall neither make nor modify any rule, practice, or regulation during the term of this Agreement that will reduce previous employment benefits not otherwise provided for within this Agreement except upon prior agreement with the Union. Such employment benefits include military service payment allowances, disability benefits and pension benefits.

COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS. All existing rules and regulations related to the operation and conduct of the Company’s business not in conflict with the provision with the agreement will remain in effect until superseded or changed by subsequent rules or regulations not in conflict with this agreement. Copies of said rules and regulations entitled Manual of Rules will be furnished to all employees and the President of the Union. When bulletins are issued they will be posted on all bulletin boards maintained by the Company and a copy will be provided to the Union. Violations of the said rules shall be the basis for progressive discipline up to and including termination.

COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS. (Effective October 27, 2008) The purpose of the Company Rules is not to restrict the rights of any employee but to define and protect the rights of all, in order that the business can be operated in a safe, efficient and consistent manner. The Company reserves the right to revise the Rules and Regulations from time to time or if conditions necessitate, establish new rules, and will undertake to inform employees of these changes as promptly a possible. The Company also reserves the right to involve the police should circumstances require their assistance. An employee who violates or fails to observe the following Rules and Regulations will be subject to disciplinary action ranging from reprimand to discharge depending on the severity of the offence, their personnel record and any other pertinent considerations. Prior to final action, an employee may be suspended pending further investigation and review.
COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS. (a) Company Rules and Regulations - The Company may implement and alter from time to time rules and regulations to be observed by bargaining unit members. The Company agrees that any conduct regulations and rules shall be reasonable and shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
