Aircraft Painting Sample Clauses

Aircraft PaintingLessee shall be responsible for the costs incurred in repainting the Aircraft, if necessary, from time to time during the Term, provided, however, that the foregoing shall be subject to the prior written approval of Lessee, such approval not to be unreasonably conditioned, withheld or delayed.
Aircraft Painting. No painting of aircraft or aircraft parts will be allowed on the Demised Premises without the Lessees first obtaining all permits and licenses required by the respective local, state and federal governmental agencies and permission from the Airport Director.
Aircraft Painting. Lessee may, in its sole discretion and at its sole cost, repaint the Aircraft in its selected livery from time to time during the Term.
Aircraft Painting. (a) Aircraft painting processes shall be conducted only in properly designated, fireproofed, and ventilated rooms or buildings in which all illumination, wiring, heating, ventilation equipment, switches, outlets, and fixtures shall be explosion-proof, spark-proof, and vapor-proof, and all windows and doors shall open easily. No unauthorized person shall enter or work in a paint room while painting is in process. The room or building and the process for painting shall comply with the requirements of the Industrial Safety Division (ISD) of the State of California. (b) Painting of airplanes in open areas outside of buildings is allowed with the prior written approval of the Manager, who shall designate the area in which the painting may be done. The painting process shall be done in the designated area which complies with the mechanical and electrical requirements set forth in Section 9.05(a), above. No person shall smoke while painting or while in the vicinity of such painting. The painting process shall comply with the ISO requirements.

  • Aircraft Maintenance Operator shall, at its own expense, cause the Aircraft to be inspected, maintained, serviced, repaired, overhauled, and tested in accordance with FAR Part 91 so that the Aircraft will remain in good operating condition and in a condition consistent with its airworthiness certification and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft hereunder, including but not limited compliance with applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins. Performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance or inspection shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft unless such maintenance or inspection can safely be conducted at a later time in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements, and such delay or postponement is consistent with the sound discretion of the pilot-in-command. In the event that any non-standard maintenance is required during the term and will interfere with User’s requested or scheduled flights, Operator, or Operator’s pilot-in-command, shall notify User of the maintenance required, the effect on the ability to comply with User’s requested or scheduled flights and the manner in which the parties will proceed with the performance of such maintenance and conduct of such flight(s). In no event shall Operator be liable to User or any other person for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft under this Agreement, whether or not maintenance-related.

  • Aircraft This peril includes self-propelled missiles and spacecraft.

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined below ("the Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-200 Aircraft as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices ("SCN's") for: i) implementation of engines: GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A3

  • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.

  • Installation When installation is required, the Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the Commodities or parts in the required locations at no additional charge. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the Commodity or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, tools, rigging, labor, and materials required to install or replace the Commodities or parts in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Engine A. Any internal repairs or replacement of internal components, or replacement of engine assembly.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Spares The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s operational base at the Site is at all times stocked with spare parts for the Contractor's Equipment that meet the requirements of the Contract, together with all necessary or desirable packing and marking for that purpose and that such spare parts are sufficient to ensure that the Work /services can continue in the event of failure of the Contractor’s Equipment.

  • Demolition The Lessor shall remove existing abandoned electric, telephone, and data cabling and devices, as well as any other improvements or fixtures in place, to accommodate the Government’s requirements. Any demolition of existing improvements that is necessary to satisfy the Government’s layout shall be done at the Lessor’s expense.
