ALCOHOL/SMOKING. The use of alcohol on the Premises is prohibited absent the Church’s prior written consent. The Premises are part of a smoke-free facility. No smoking of any kind will be allowed inside the Premises. Smoking is allowed outside the church facilities provided cigarettes and ashes are discarded in appropriate receptacles.

ALCOHOL/SMOKING. AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES - The possession, serving, sale, or consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted in the facility. Smoking (cigarrettes and e-cigarettes) are not permitted on township property. Illegal drugs or other banned substances of any kind are not permitted on township property.
ALCOHOL/SMOKING. Consumption of alcohol by individuals under 21 years of age is illegal and will not be tolerated. Those individuals found to be consuming alcohol underage or hosting an underage individual consuming alcohol will be subject to disciplinary action and possible revocation of housing. Open containers of alcohol are not permitted in any common areas on campus (this means alcohol is restricted to apartments and dorm rooms). Closed containers of alcohol may not be kept in community space, including community kitchens. Smoking is not permitted in any Seminary building. Any resident smoking must stand at least 25 yards from any campus building. ALCOHOL/SMOKING. If the school has agreed to the serving of alcohol at the event, the hirer will have to apply to the licensing department at South Hams District Council for a 'Temporary Event Licence' to cover this. This application must be received by Follaton House and Totnes Police Station at least 10 working days before the event and currently costs £21.
ALCOHOL/SMOKING. The Classic Q’s policies governing the use of alcohol on the property are strictly enforced. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through The Classic Q.   • Alcohol (a) A worker who returns a negative alcohol test will be allowed to return to work with no record of the test kept. A worker who returns a positive result for alcohol (above 0.00mg/ml) will be deemed not fit work and will not be permitted to return to work;
