ALCOHOL/SMOKING. The use of alcohol on the Premises is prohibited absent the Church’s prior written consent. The Premises are part of a smoke-free facility. No smoking of any kind will be allowed inside the Premises. Smoking is allowed outside the church facilities provided cigarettes and ashes are discarded in appropriate receptacles.
ALCOHOL/SMOKING. AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES - The possession, serving, sale, or consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted in the facility. Smoking (cigarrettes and e-cigarettes) are not permitted on township property. Illegal drugs or other banned substances of any kind are not permitted on township property.
ALCOHOL/SMOKING. Consumption of alcohol by individuals under 21 years of age is illegal and will not be tolerated. Those individuals found to be consuming alcohol underage or hosting an underage individual consuming alcohol will be subject to disciplinary action and possible revocation of housing. Open containers of alcohol are not permitted in any common areas on campus (this means alcohol is restricted to apartments and dorm rooms). Closed containers of alcohol may not be kept in community space, including community kitchens. Smoking is not permitted in any Seminary building. Any resident smoking must stand at least 25 yards from any campus building. There is a designated smoking area in the seating area surrounded by xxxxxx in the parking lot near the end of Xxxxxxxx Xxxx and the library.
ALCOHOL/SMOKING. (1) Consumption of alcohol is permitted in the Facility provided that any requirements of the Liquor Licensing Act are adhered to.
ALCOHOL/SMOKING. The Association for the Colonial Theatre holds a Performing Arts Facilities Liquor License with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. Pricing for alcohol can be set per person, cash bar (at theatre retail prices) or a combination of both to be negotiated before the rental contract is signed. ACT reserves the right to refuse to serve any guests of a private event who appear to be intoxicated. All alcohol will be handled by RAMP-certified bartenders hired and trained by ACT. BYOB events are not permitted in any part of the Colonial Theatre complex. The Colonial Theatre is a non-smoking facility. Renter agrees to provide adequate security in and about the Colonial Theatre and to ensure that there will be no smoking or illegal drugs of any kind used or distributed by anyone connected with the program or in the audience. Your signature below or that of another authorized official confirms your organization’s agreement with the terms of this contract. This contract shall be considered null and void unless signed and returned by the dated specified below. ALCOHOL/SMOKING. If the school has agreed to the serving of alcohol at the event, the hirer will have to apply to the licensing department at South Hams District Council for a 'Temporary Event Licence' to cover this. This application must be received by Follaton House and Totnes Police Station at least 10 working days before the event and currently costs £21.
ALCOHOL/SMOKING. The Classic Q’s policies governing the use of alcohol on the property are strictly enforced. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through The Classic Q. This is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted on our outside patio or outside wherever designated containers for disposal of ash and debris of cigarettes, cigars, or pipes. If you are in violation of either of these two items, you are subject to additional fees. DECORATIONS & CLEANING Any decorating to be done for your event must be approved prior to the event. The Classic Q does not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors, or ceilings of the rooms with nails, staples, tape or any other substances without prior approval from The Classic Q management. Please no rice, confetti, or birdseed indoors. There is a cleaning fee included in your rental package. This is for normal clean up. However, if your event causes excessive clean-up or damage, you will be responsible for the additional expense.
ALCOHOL/SMOKING. Vaping Policy: Unless approved in advance, please do not bring alcoholic beverages onsite. Smoking is not permitted inside or immediately outside the building.
