Alcoholic Beverages Policy. The BPRD Facilities Alcoholic Beverage Policy is enforced and reads as follows: The possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the City of Brookings Parks System is limited to malt beverages and wine products, including wine coolers and similar beverages. At no time are beverages that include hard liquor allowed in City Parks & Facilities (Xxxxxxx Campground exception.) Activities which include the presence of alcoholic beverages and more than 20 people need written approval from the City Manager or the BPRD Director. Only non-glass containers are allowed in City Parks & Facilities. No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be present during organized youth activities (under 18 years old.)

Alcoholic Beverages Policy. Check the box below that appropriately matches the LESSEE’s plans for serving alcohol:  No alcohol served at the eventAlcohol Sales  Private/Family event: Serving alcoholic beverages to friends and family at no charge.  Any event classification: Contracting a licensed agency/individual to serve alcohol. If the LESSEE sells alcohol or contracts a vendor to sell alcohol, LESSEE must submit a copy of their caterer’s TABC liquor license. No alcohol may be served during the preparation and decorating of the event. If the LESSEE is allowing individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) years of age to attend the event, the LESSEE is required to appoint adults over the age of twenty-five (25) to monitor the distribution of alcohol to avoid underage drinking. If the security officers determine that there is under-age drinking at an event they will cite the minors, close down the event, and the LESSEE will lose the deposit.
Alcoholic Beverages Policy. Some jurisdictions permit the ordering and delivery of alcoholic beverages. In such jurisdictions, if you place an order that includes any alcoholic beverage, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age. Upon delivery or pickup, as applicable, you shall present a government-issued identification card, evidencing your age. If you do not comply with these terms, you agree that the alcoholic beverage(s) will not be released to you, and you shall forfeit the cost of such beverages.

Vendor certifies that Vendor, or association, corporation, partnership, joint venture, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, or limited liability company, including a wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary parent company, or affiliate of these entities or associations, that exists to make a profit, does not have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association and will not discriminate during the term of this contract against a firearm entity or firearm trade association.

  • TRANSPORTATION, TRAVEL TIME AND ROOM AND BOARD 14.01 The Employer shall remunerate employees for travel time and mileage as follows:
