Common use of All Employees to be Members Clause in Contracts

All Employees to be Members. ‌ It is agreed that all personnel who are members of the Union in good standing on the effective date of this Agreement shall remain members of the Union in good standing as a condition of continued employment with the Employer and all employees hired after the effective date of this Agreement shall, on completion of six (6) months’ employment, become and remain members of the Union in good standing. Any employee who fails to maintain membership in the Union in good standing in accordance with its Constitution and Bylaws shall be discharged from employment with the Employer after notice is given to the Employer that the employee is no longer a member of the Union in good standing.
