Alternate Annual Schedules. Employees in the classification of Library Aide will be scheduled to work a total of four (4) days, in any combination immediately prior to and/or immediately following the school year (e.g., four (4) days prior and no days after, two (2) days prior and two (2) days after, etc.), as shall be mutually agreed upon by the library aides in each building with their building principal. Employees in the classification of Secretary assigned to the Middle or High Schools shall be scheduled to work two hundred nineteen (219) days each year, starting August 1st, including all student days and conferences and teacher work days, and continuing until two hundred nineteen (219) days are reached. Employees in the classification of Secretary assigned to the Elementary Schools shall be scheduled to work two hundred nine (209) days each year, starting August 1st, including all student days, conferences and teacher work days, and continuing until two hundred nine (209) days are reached. Employees in the classification of Secretary assigned to the Preschool shall be scheduled to work two hundred four (204) days each year, starting August 1st, including all student days, conferences and teacher work days, and continuing until two hundred four (204) days are reached. Any Secretary currently assigned to the Middle or High Schools and working a job work year of either two hundred four (204), two hundred nine (209) or two hundred twenty-nine (229) days may continue on that schedule until such time as the employee separates from employment, but any replacement hired at that time will be required to work a job year of two hundred nineteen (219) days.

Employees in the classification of Secretary hired after ratification of this Agreement shall be scheduled to work 219 days each year, starting August 1, including all student days and conferences and teacher work days, and continuing until 219 days is reached. Current employees in the classification of Secretary scheduled to other than 219 days per year shall be offered the opportunity to work 219 days commencing August 1, 2008. If an employee so elects s/he will not be permitted to change back to his/her old work schedule.

  • Alternate Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established for overtime-eligible employees by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the alternate work schedules meet federal and state law. Unless otherwise stated, any monetary penalties and costs imposed upon the Respondent are payable immediately, and any suspensions, revocations, prohibitions, conditions or other terms of the Settlement Agreement shall commence, upon the effective date of the Settlement Agreement. 27. Staff and the Respondent agree that if this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel: a) the Settlement Agreement will constitute the entirety of the evidence to be submitted respecting the Respondent in this matter; b) the Respondent waives any rights to a full hearing, a review hearing before the Board of Directors of the MFDA or any securities commission with jurisdiction in the matter under its enabling legislation, or a judicial review or appeal of the matter before any court of competent jurisdiction; c) Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of the contraventions described in this Settlement Agreement. Nothing in this Settlement Agreement precludes Staff from investigating or initiating proceedings in respect of any contraventions that are not set out in this Settlement Agreement. Furthermore, nothing in this Settlement Agreement shall relieve the Respondent from fulfilling any continuing regulatory obligations; d) the Respondent shall be deemed to have been penalized by the Hearing Panel pursuant to

In such case, if the date on which the Company is otherwise required to deliver the consideration due upon such conversion is before the first date on which the amount of such adjustment can be determined, then the Company will delay the settlement of such conversion until the second (2nd) Business Day after such first date.
