Common use of Alternate Holidays Clause in Contracts

Alternate Holidays. Employees whose traditions and culture celebrate holidays other than those noted in Section 5.1 can trade days with a minimum of two (2) weeks' prior notice to their supervisor.

The year’s holidays must be used by December 31 of that year (ie: 2022 holidays expire on 12/31/2022) and used in 8 hour increment (pro rated for part time employees).
