Alternative Schedules. A. In lieu of the normal work schedule, and contingent upon the operational needs of the Employer, the Employer may approve an employee’s request for a flex-time schedule or alternative schedule. Where there are more requests than may be accommodated, requests shall be granted on the basis of seniority. B. A group of employees may submit an alternative schedule to the Employer, and, where practicable, that schedule may be implemented. Section 1. Procedures
