Alternative Schedules. SEIU Local 1021 and the County of San Xxxxxxx recognize that alternative schedules including 9/80’s, 4/10’s, and telework are important components to recruitment and retention of an engaged workforce. Departments may offer a variety of work schedules and teleworking options in accordance with County policy and individual MOU provisions. Teleworking is outlined in the Telework Agreement between the County and SEIU.
