AML/KYC Compliance. (a) Pursuant to the economic sanctions’ programs administered in the jurisdictions where we conduct business, we may be prohibited from providing access to the Website, any Services or entering into relationships with certain individuals and entities. We are therefore obliged to comply with applicable AML/KYC laws and regulations on you. You may not be able to purchase or mint any NFTs using the Website unless you comply with all our established AML/KYC procedures, requirements and AML/KYC Policies to our satisfaction.

AML/KYC Compliance. 6.1. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Seller may disclose to or file details of account activity (including account activity of Purchaser) with any relevant governmental or regulatory body from time to time in compliance with applicable Law. Seller may also be required to provide information as required by Law to a relevant governmental or regulatory body including but not limited to reporting suspicious transactions, and maintaining records regarding certain transactions (the “Recordkeeping Requirements”).

AML/KYC Program may be updated from time-to-time, including the procedures that BITEEU uses to verify its Users identities. User guarantees and undertakes to comply with the requirements of legislation and international requirements of anti-money laundering and know your customer compliance programs.

As a registered MSB, Velocity maintains an internal AML and know your customer (“KYC”) compliance program (“AML/KYC Program”). Velocity’s AML/KYC Program may be updated from time to time, including the procedures that Velocity uses to verify its users’ identities.

  • FERPA Compliance In connection with all FERPA Records that Contractor may create, receive or maintain on behalf of University pursuant to the Underlying Agreement, Contractor is designated as a University Official with a legitimate educational interest in and with respect to such FERPA Records, only to the extent to which Contractor (a) is required to create, receive or maintain FERPA Records to carry out the Underlying Agreement, and (b) understands and agrees to all of the following terms and conditions without reservation:
