Common use of Amount of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Amount of Sick Leave. Sick leave shall be granted on the basis of two (2) days for every month of service accumulative up to one hundred and twenty (120) working days maximum. Effective on and from September 1, 2012, a day shall accumulate based upon the Employees’ regular and recurring work hours (inclusive of additional hours worked performing duties such as lunch and bus supervision as may be included in the Full Time Equivalency of the Employee as provided by the Applicable Administrator).

Amount of Sick Leave. Sick leave shall be granted on the basis of one and one-half (1.5) days for every month of service accumulative up to one hundred ten (110) working days maximum. Commencing on the first day of the month following the signing of this Collective Agreement, sick leave shall be granted on the basis of two (2) days for every month of service accumulative up to one hundred and twenty (120) working days maximum. Effective on and from September 1, 2012, a day shall accumulate based upon the Employees’ regular and recurring work hours (inclusive of additional hours worked performing duties such as lunch and bus supervision as may be included in the Full Time Equivalency of the Employee as provided by the Applicable Administrator).

Amount of Sick Leave. Sick leave Employees shall be granted on the basis eligible to accrue sick leave at a rate of two one and one-quarter (21.25) days for every per month to a maximum of fifteen (15) days per year. Unused sick leave may be accumulated to a maximum of one hundred forty (140) days. Employees shall begin accruing sick leave during the month of service accumulative up hire if the hire date is prior to one hundred and twenty (120) working days maximum. Effective on and from September 1, 2012, a day shall accumulate based upon or includes the Employees’ regular and recurring work hours (inclusive of additional hours worked performing duties such as lunch and bus supervision as may be included in the Full Time Equivalency 15th of the Employee as provided by month. Employees shall begin accruing sick leave during the Applicable Administrator)month following the month of hire if the hire date is after the 15th of the month.

Effective on and from September 1, 2012, a day shall accumulate based upon the Employees’ regular and recurring work hours (inclusive of additional hours worked performing duties such as lunch and bus supervision as may be included in the Full Time Equivalency of the Employee as provided by the Applicable Administrator)days.

Amount of Sick Leave. Sick 11.1.1 During the first year of employment only, each Management/Professional employee shall be entitled to accrue one and one- quarter (1.25) calendar days per month. Thereafter, sick leave shall be granted on added each year as of January 1 at the basis rate of two fifteen (215) work days per year per employee in anticipation of continued employment for every month the full year. 11.1.2 Any amount of service accumulative sick leave allowance not used in any calendar year shall accumulate from year to year, up to a maximum of one hundred eighty (180) work days, to be used if and twenty (120) working days maximum. Effective on and from September 1, 2012, a day shall accumulate based upon the Employees’ regular and recurring work hours (inclusive of additional hours worked performing duties such as lunch and bus supervision as may be included in the Full Time Equivalency of the Employee as provided by the Applicable Administrator)when needed for illness.

Amount of Sick Leave. Sick leave shall be granted on benefits will accumulate at the basis rate of two one and one-quarter (21 1/4) working days for every each full calendar month of service accumulative up to a maximum accumulation of one hundred and twenty ninety-five (120195) working days maximumbased on an eight (8) hour day and adjusted for those on twelve (12) hours shifts. Effective on and Any period of sick leave which is granted with pay shall be deducted from September 1, 2012, a day shall accumulate based upon the Employees’ regular and recurring work hours (inclusive of additional hours worked performing duties such as lunch and bus supervision as may be included in the Full Time Equivalency of the Employee as provided by the Applicable Administrator)this accumulation.

Effective on and from September 1, 2012, a day shall accumulate based upon the Employees’ regular and recurring work hours (inclusive of additional hours worked performing duties such as lunch and bus supervision as may be included in the Full Time Equivalency of the Employee as provided by the Applicable Administrator)days.
