Common use of Amount of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Amount of Sick Leave. Employees accumulate sick leave at the rate of twelve (12) hours per one hundred and seventy-three (173) regular hours paid, up to a maximum accumulation of one hundred and forty-four (144) hours in a calendar year and to a maximum accumulation of one thousand (1,000) hours.

Employees accumulate shall be allowed twenty four (24) hours of sick leave at during each of the rate first two (2) years of twelve employment and forty eight (1248) hours per one hundred and seventy-three annually after two (1732) regular hours paid, up to a maximum accumulation years of one hundred and forty-four employment. Such sick credits may be accumulated to a maximum accumulation of one thousand, two hundred and forty-four sixty (144) hours in a calendar year and to a maximum accumulation of one thousand (1,0001,260) hours.

Employees accumulate (a) A Full Time Employee shall earn eight (8) hours sick leave at the rate of twelve for each one hundred seventy-four (12174) hours per one hundred and seventy-three (173) regular hours paidof service, up to a maximum accumulation of two hundred forty (240) hours. A Part Time Employee shall earn four (4) hours sick leave for each one hundred and fortyseventy-four (144174) hours in a calendar year and of service, up to a maximum accumulation of one thousand two hundred forty (1,000240) hours.

The minimum sick leave at with pay shall accrue to any full-time employee on the rate basis of twelve eight (12) 8) working hours per month during the remainder of the first calendar year of employment after initial appointment; and, one hundred and seventy-three twenty (173120) regular working hours paid, up to a maximum accumulation of one hundred and forty-four (144) hours in a every calendar year and to a maximum accumulation of one thousand (1,000) hoursthereafter.
