Common use of Amount of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Amount of Sick Leave. Sick leave shall be granted on the basis of one and one-half (1.5) days for every month of service accumulative up to one hundred ten (110) working days maximum. Commencing on the first day of the month following the signing of this Collective Agreement, sick leave shall be granted on the basis of two (2) days for every month of service accumulative up to one hundred twenty (120) working days maximum.

Amount of Sick Leave. Sick leave shall be granted to regular full-time employees on the basis of one and one-half (1.5) days for every month of service accumulative up to one hundred ten (110) working days maximumservice. Employees may accumulate unused days to a maximum of two (2) 120 days. Effective on and from September 1, 2012, a day shall accumulate based upon the Employees’ regular and recurring work hours (inclusive of additional hours worked performing duties such as lunch and bus supervision as may be included in the Full Time Equivalency of the Employee as provided by the Applicable Administrator).

Commencing on the first day of the month following the signing of this Collective Agreement, This sick leave shall allotment may be granted on the basis accrued to maximum of two twelve (212) days for every month of service accumulative up days, and carried forward year to one hundred twenty (120) working days maximumyear.

Amount of Sick Leave. Sick leave shall be granted on benefits will accumulate at the basis rate of one and one-half quarter (1.51 1/4) working days for every each full calendar month of service accumulative up to a maximum accumulation of one hundred ten and ninety-five (110195) working days maximumbased on an eight (8) hour day and adjusted for those on twelve (12) hours shifts. Commencing on the first day Any period of the month following the signing of this Collective Agreement, sick leave which is granted with pay shall be granted on the basis of two (2) days for every month of service accumulative up to one hundred twenty (120) working days maximumdeducted from this accumulation.

Amount of Sick Leave. (Effective September 1, 2016) Sick leave shall to be granted on the basis of one to regular employees and oneregular part-half (1.5) days for every month of service accumulative up to one hundred ten (110) working days maximum. Commencing on the first day of the month following the signing of this Collective Agreement, sick leave shall be granted on the basis time employees at a rate of two (2) days for every per month worked to a maximum of service accumulative up to one hundred twenty thirty (120130) working days. The number of days maximuman employee is on sick leave with pay shall be deducted from their accumulated sick leave with pay entitlement. An employee may regain any sick leave which they have used at the rate of two (2) days per month worked to a maximum of one hundred thirty (130) days.

Amount of Sick Leave. Sick leave shall be granted earned on the basis of one and one-half (1.5½) days day for every month 162.5 hours worked to a maximum of service accumulative up 6 8 days per calendar year for the 2020 calendar year and 9 days thereafter. Eligible Employees will be entitled to one hundred ten (110) working days maximum. Commencing on the first day of the month following the signing of this Collective Agreement, sick leave shall be granted on the basis carry over a maximum of two (2) days for every month of service accumulative up to one hundred twenty (120) working the immediate calendar year in which such sick days maximumwere earned.
