Amount of Sick Leave. Full-time employees shall earn sick leave at the rate of 0.83 days per month of service up to a maximum of ten (10) days paid sick leave per calendar year. Up to a maximum of five (5) days of accrued but unused sick leave may be carried over to the following calendar year. An employee’s sick leave bank may not exceed a total of fifteen (15) days at any time. Unused sick leave shall have no cash value whatsoever and shall not be paid out on termination of employment.
