Common use of Annual Accrual Rates Clause in Contracts

Annual Accrual Rates. 6 A. All employees hired on or after January 1, 2007, shall be granted 24 7 hours of PTO for personal leave on the first pay period following their 8 employment with the City. This is the only accrual for the first six months 9 of employment.
