Annual Close Down Provision. (a) The Employer may temporarily close down a part, or a whole of the hospital not more than once every twelve months. The maximum length of such a close down shall not exceed three weeks. In the event of invoking such a close down, the Employer must give at least two (2) months’ notice of the date of the close down and in the case of an Employee who commences employment within the two months of the close down period, notice must be given on the day the Employee commences employment.

  • Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency.
