Annual Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant’s annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 3 to the Consulting Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following “In consideration of Consultant’s services, for the one (1) year period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment (i.e., January 1, 2017), Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($330,000), which shall be paid on a schedule of Twenty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($27,500) per month in arrears.
Annual Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant’s annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 3 to the Consulting Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following: “In consideration of Consultant’s services, for the one (1) year period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment (i.e., January 1, 2018), Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Three Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($347,000), which shall be paid on a schedule of Eighty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($86,750) per calendar quarter in arrears.”
Annual Consulting Fee. In consideration of the Consultant's services under this Agreement, the Company will pay the Consultant a fee as determined by the Company's Board of Directors or the Compensation Committee of such Board, payable in accordance with the Company's normal payroll practices commencing June 1, 1996.
Annual Consulting Fee. The Company will pay consulting fees to the Consulting Firm at the rate of $240,000 per year, payable monthly in advance.

Annual Consulting Fee. For all services rendered by Consultant under this Agreement, the Company shall pay or cause to be paid to Consultant, and Consultant shall accept the Consulting Fee and Bonus Compensation, if any, all in accordance with the subject to the terms of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Compensation" shall mean the Annual Consulting Fee and Bonus Compensation, if any. Consultant shall be entitled to receive as current compensation an Annual Fee in an amount of not less than $120,000. (Hereinafter referred to as the "Consulting Fee"). References in this Agreement to "annual" or "per annum" or "Annual" and similar phrases shall mean the twelve-month period commencing on January 1st of each year during the Term of this Agreement unless otherwise indicated.
Annual Consulting Fee. Lamar shall pay Consultant a fee at the rate of $15,000 per annum (txx "Xonsulting Fee"), payable monthly in advance in prorated one-twelfth (1/12) portions during the Term.
Annual Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the Annual Consulting Fee through the date of the termination of this Consulting Agreement and termination of Consultant’s services. Within 30 days after the effective date of such termination, the Company shall pay Consultant one lump sum payment equal to the amount of the Annual Consulting Fees that would have been paid pursuant to Section 3.1 absent such termination from the date of termination through the remainder of the Contract Period.
Annual Consulting Fee. In consideration of the Consultant's services under this Agreement, the Company will pay the Consultant a fee of $2,800.00 annually, payable quarterly in arrears, commencing April 21, 1997.
Annual Consulting Fee. As compensation for Consultant’s efforts in making introductions of Accredited Investors to the Company as defined under this Agreement, Company will pay Consultant an annual fee of one hundred and twenty five thousand dollars ($125,000) (the “Annual Referral Fee”), which Annual Referral Fee is payable by the Company as follows: (i) $50,000 payable within ten (10) business days after the date the Agreement is executed; and (ii) $25,000 payable quarterly thereafter following calendar quarters 2, 3 and 4, within ten (10) business days after the last day of each such calendar quarter. Such fee is not contingent on the “success” of any particular Consultant referral and will be paid regardless of whether such Accredited Investor Referrals lead to investments in the Company. The Company has agreed to the Annual Consulting Fee given the Company’s business judgment as to the perceived value of referrals from Consultant and assumptions made by the Company as to the likelihood of receiving investments from Accredited Investor Referrals during the Consulting Term. In the event of a Change of Control of the Company, unpaid portions of the Annual Referral Fee will accelerate and Consultant will be paid within ten (10) business days following public announcement of the Change of Control. For purposes of this Agreement, "Change Of Control" means a change in control of the Company of a nature that would be required to be reported in response to Item 6(e) of Schedule 14A of Regulation 14A under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), whether or not the Company is subject to the Exchange Act at such time.
