Progress Monitoring. 7.4.1 Progress against each JWA Business Plan and Annual Business Plan shall be regularly reviewed at the Joint Committee Meetings. 7.4.2 If, at any Joint Committee Meeting, any of the elected members or deputy (as applicable) in their reasonable opinion, believe that there has been a material failure of the Councils to comply with a relevant JWA Business Plan and/or Annual Business Plan, the Joint Committee shall discuss appropriate action to immediately rectify the relevant failure and/or mitigate the effects of such failure as far as possible. 7.4.3 Subject to Clause 7.4.3, any variations to the JWA Business Plan or an Annual Business Plan shall be effective only if approved by the Joint Committee in accordance with Clause 10 (Joint Committee).
Progress Monitoring. Florida Law requires the Sponsor to monitor and review the progress of the School towards the goals established for the School.
Progress Monitoring. 10.10.1. Milk & Honey shall monitor the progress of the construction activities and ensure that milestones and deadlines are met. 10.10.2. Milk & Honey shall promptly address any delays or issues that may arise during the construction process.

Progress Monitoring. 11.1 Progress against the Business Plan shall be regularly reviewed at meetings of the Board. 11.2 The Annual Budget, and performance against the Annual Budget, shall be reviewed by the Board at least every three (3) months. 11.3 If, at any meeting of the Board reviewing matters under Clause 11.1, any Director reasonably considers that there has been a material failure of the Company to comply with the Business Plan, the Board shall discuss, or convene a further meeting of the Board to discuss, appropriate action to rectify such breach or failure and/or mitigate the effects of the breach or failure as far as possible, and to determine whether there has been a breach of a Project Document.
Progress Monitoring. Progress monitoring will use the technical annex as the baseline against which progress will be measured, supplemented by the performance indicators outlined in this proposal. A proactive approach will be taken by the project management team to ensure that all activities remain on track.
Progress Monitoring. The District and the Association recognize that the formalized process of progress monitoring of students has a major impact on the workload of teachers. The parties agree that a mutual effort must be made to address this issue. To accomplish this, the District and the Association will appoint and support a joint committee under the terms of Article 16 to address the workload impact of the formalized process of progress monitoring of students. The joint committee will address these charges: a. The teacher’s role in the process. b. Develop ways to ease the workload of teachers working with progress monitoring. c. Recommend process to mitigate loss of teacher planning time.
Progress Monitoring. Progress against each Business Plan shall be reviewed at Quarterly meetings of the Board and each board of any JVCo Subsidiary called in accordance with Clause 9.
Progress Monitoring. The parties agree to establish a Progress Monitoring Team composed of designees from each signatory to this Agreement. On a regular basis and at least quarterly, the parties agree that the Progress Monitoring Team will meet to provide oversight of the Agreement and review relevant data and analysis. Each year the Progress Monitoring Team will determine if changes to their memberships would be beneficial. At least annually, the Team will prepare a report of activities and make recommendations for improvements to the Agreement or its implementation.
