Categorical Funding. If the School’s students or programs meet the eligibility criteria in law, the School shall be entitled to its proportionate share of the categorical program funds included in the total funds available in the FEFP by the Legislature, including transportation, the research-based reading allocation, less the administrative fee permitted under Section 1002.33(20)(a), Florida Statutes. The School shall provide the Sponsor with documentation that categorical funds received by the School were expended for purposes for which the categoricals were established by the Florida Legislature. The School shall reimburse the Sponsor for any impermissible expenditure, as established by State criteria, within thirty (30) days of notice of such expenditures.

Categorical Funding. Where revenues are categorical and depend upon actual expenditures rather than budgeted amounts, every effort shall be made to maintain such programs to the limit of the categorical support; i.e., vocational education, special education, etc.

From the funds appropriated in part 1 for mental health services for special populations, the department shall ensure that CMHSPs meet with multicultural service providers to develop a workable framework for contracting, service delivery, and reimbursement. B. Funds appropriated in part 1 for mental health services for special populations shall not be utilized for services provided to illegal immigrants, fugitive felons, and individuals who are not residents of this state. The department shall maintain contracts with recipients of multicultural services grants that mandate grantees establish that recipients of services are legally residing in the United States. An exception to the contractual provision shall be allowed to address individuals presenting with emergent mental health conditions. C. The annual report shall not be required for any CMHSP receiving less than $1000.00 in special population funding in a fiscal year. The department shall require an annual report from the contractors that receive multicultural integration funding. The annual report, due 60 days following the end of the contract period, shall include specific information on services and programs provided, the client base to which the services and programs were provided, information on any wraparound services provided and the expenditures for those services. The department shall provide the annual reports to the senate and house appropriations subcommittees on the department budget, the senate and house fiscal agencies, and the state budget office. 2. The annual report shall include the following: A. Describe the population served. Include the number of unduplicated individuals served during this fiscal year. Include relevant demographic or diagnostic data. B. Briefly summarize specific mental health services that were provided and corresponding activities that occurred for special populations throughout the fiscal year.

Total funding for the School shall be recalculated during the year to reflect the revised calculations under the FEFP by the state and the actual weighted full-time equivalent students reported by the School during the full-time equivalent student survey periods designated by the Commissioner of Education.

  • Fiscal Funding Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, the parties hereto agree that the charges hereunder are payable to the Contractor by the District solely from appropriations received by District. In the event such appropriations are determined by the Chief Financial Officer/Comptroller of the District to no longer exist or to be insufficient with respect to the charges payable hereunder, this Agreement shall immediately terminate without further obligation to the District upon notice that such appropriations no longer exist and are insufficient.

  • Funding This Contract is subject to termination or cancellation, without penalty to System Agency, either in whole or in part, subject to the availability of state funds. System Agency is a state agency whose authority and appropriations are subject to actions of the Texas Legislature. If System Agency becomes subject to a legislative change, revocation of statutory authority, or lack of appropriated funds that would render either System Agency’s or Grantee’s delivery or performance under the Contract impossible or unnecessary, the Contract will be terminated or cancelled and be deemed null and void. In the event of a termination or cancellation under this Section, System Agency will not be liable to Grantee for any damages, that are caused or associated with such termination, or cancellation, and System Agency will not be required to give prior notice.
