Common use of Annual Vacation Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Annual Vacation Scheduling. Subject to the operational requirements of the Employer, the accumulated vacation of a Nurse shall be scheduled within each fiscal year (January 1st to December 31st). Paid vacation time off shall be scheduled by the Employer at a time mutually agreed between the Nurse and the Employer.

Paid vacation time off shall be scheduled by the Employer at a time mutually agreed between the Nurse and the Employer. Vacation requests for the prime time (June to September) shall be submitted by May 1st of each year. Any vacation request submitted after the deadline of May 1st will be filled on a first come first served basis as relief is available.
