Vacation Calendar. Prior to September 1st of each year, the Company shall post a calendar upon which each employee shall select, by Company seniority, his vacation period for the vacation year commencing January 1. A calendar will be posted in each of the Company's reporting stations or departments where members of the Union are employed.
Vacation Calendar a) Employees must notify the Company of their vacation date choices between April 1 and April 15.
b) The Company shall post the vacation schedule no later than May 1st.
c) Once this final schedule has been posted, no changes shall be permitted except by mutual agreement between the employee and the Company.
Vacation Calendar. The Company shall post a Vacation Calendar not later than February 01, of each calendar year. Employees are required to xxxx their holidays prior to March 01. Vacations marked after March 01 shall be arranged by mutual consent.
Vacation Calendar. Administrators shall issue an annual vacation calendar for the next school year. The calendar will include the following:
Vacation Calendar. An eligible Employee may request vacations time with supervisory approval and workload permitting. Vacation units must be used by December 31 of the following fiscal year.
Vacation Calendar. The Company shall post a vacation calendar for the benefit of the employees. An employee may express his preference for the time of his vacation. Selection of vacation dates shall be mutually agreed on by the Company and the employee concerned. Preference for any vacation period shall be made on the basis of seniority, subject to the Company's operational requirements.
Vacation Calendar. The vacation calendar and all vacation schedule changes will be handled by the Operation/Maintenance Managers. For vacation in 2011 and each following calendar year, the vacation calendar will be posted for bid by October 15th in the prior year. For example, the vacation calendar will be posted by October 15, 2010, for vacation in 2011. Seniority will prevail in the bid process and bid changes. The weekly vacation schedules offered for bid in October will include at least seven (7) vacation opportunities per weekday (Monday through Friday) in weeks when CATA is operating full MSU service Subject to the above vacation bids, the Authority, at its discretion, will determine the number of employees who will be permitted off at any one time. The Union and Management will discuss this number but Management will make the final decision. It is understood that when the summer schedule is in effect, more operators will be allowed to take their vacation than normally scheduled during other times of the year. Vacation time off work has been converted from an anniversary date basis to a calendar year basis. Beginning January 1, 2011, employees will have vacation time off based on their anniversary date in the prior year. As an exception, if the employee’s years of service in the calendar year would increase the employee’s vacation time, then the employee may bid the additional vacation to be scheduled after his anniversary date in the current calendar year. There is no carryover of vacation time from year to year. Vacation pay will be paid as provided elsewhere in this agreement.

Vacation Calendar. A. A vacation scheduled shall be established for employees by shift at each week location on a semi-annual basis, and distributed to all employees prior to the start of the semi- annual period. During the first quarter of the sixty (60) calendar day period just prior to the semi-annual period, each employee shall designate the vacation time(s) he/she desires. The supervisor shall ensure that any conflicts are resolved during the second quarter of the sixty (60) calendar day period.
B. Vacation requests made after the vacation schedule has been posted may be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis provided there is no interference with the scheduled vacations. Each department head or designee will make every effort to act on vacation requests in a timely manner.
Vacation Calendar. U.3 The Employer shall notify all Employees by October 15 that the two (2) vacation calendars for the following calendar year will be circulated, by seniority, beginning the following Monday. A calendar will be circulated for the full-time and part-time Employees and a separate calendar will be circulated for the kitchen Employees. Beginning with the most senior List A Employee, all List A Employees shall, in turn, indicate their vacation preference on their vacation scheduling calendar. Each Employee shall have three (3) days upon receipt of the calendar to submit their selection and return the calendar to the office. Subject to operational requirements, the Employer shall endeavor to grant the vacation period preferred by the Employees. Employees shall consider their vacation request confirmed when they have returned the Vacation Calendar to the office. The Employer shall make reasonable efforts to obtain the vacation preference of any Employee who is absent during this process.
