Employer Approval. An employee may be granted sick leave with pay when she is unable to perform her duties because of illness or injury provided that she satisfies the Employer of this condition in such manner and at such time as may be determined by the Employer, and provided she has the necessary sick leave credits.

Employer Approval. The Company shall approve the calendar no later than December 1st.
Employer Approval. A) The head of the Employer shall approve the agreement within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the agreement is executed by the parties if the agreement is in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, rule, or regulation. B) If the Employer does not approve or disapprove the agreement within the thirty (30) calendar day period, the agreement shall take effect on the thirty-first (31st) calendar day and be binding on the Employer and the Labor Organization subject to the provisions of applicable law, rule, or regulation.

The Contractor agrees to a provision for non-appropriations, whereby the contract will terminate if sufficient funds are not appropriated in any given fiscal year to allow the Employer to sustain the cost (if applicable). 5.
