Anyone involved in observing or giving input to a teacher evaluation shall be trained to employ these core effective practices. All evaluators will be trained and certified to evaluate teachers in the system. The district will monitor teacher evaluations for consistency between performance scores and student growth scores, and where discrepancy exists, additional training will be provided to the evaluator.
